Street Pastors
As a church we are supporting the Street Pastors in prayer as they go out to bring the love of Jesus Christ to the streets of Haverfordwest in a practical outworking of the Gospel. Haverfordwest Street Pastors use Bethesda as their operational base. They use the church school room to gather and refresh themselves as they go out to serve our community from 9pm to 3 am each Saturday night.
Worship
Remember, from 8:30pm there is a vibrant time of worship in the Schoolroom when the Street Pastors who are to go out that evening are commissioned. Anyone of any denomination is welcome to attend this Holy Spirit filled time of modern worship, and those who wish can stay on into the evening to support the Street Pastors in prayer.Remember, from 8:30pm there is a vibrant time of worship in the Schoolroom when the treet Pastors who are to go out that evening are commissioned
Who are Street Pastors?
This interdenominational group of Christian volunteers are seeking to help the community by helping to calm often difficult situations on the street. The Street Pastor initiative is now happening in more than a 100 towns and cities in the UK and is having very positive effects.
Please pray for the work of this group. Please also feel free to come in to Bethesda to pray for them before they go out each week. and join our short period of lively worship and prayer from 8:30 to 9 in the Bethesda School room.
